Let me start by saying how easy it was to book Mickey’s Magical Villa. Bob was very quick to reply to my inquiry and followed up with a phone call to ensure all my questions were answered. The home was lovely and had all the amenities of home. This was our 4th stay at Windsor Hills and love the centralized location to all the local attractions. We enjoyed our two week rental at Mickey’s Magical Villa during April/May of 2026. We took advantage of the pool at the house and the one for the development. The house was clean and spacious, and best of all, had a bathroom for each bedroom. We had multiple families and grandchildren visit at different times during our stay. The variety of amenities, from a high chair for the baby, to the air hockey table for the older ones, to the many available pool toys at the house catered to the different ages of our grandchildren.

Given our logistics, Bob and Terri were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions to help us navigate the planning process for our stay.

The house was a great value compared with other options for lodging close to the Disney resort area.

Great house for a family trip! My kids 10,7.5 had a great time and loved the house! The pool was great and the game room in the house was an extra bonus!

This was our first family trip to Florida. When I say I was nervous when planning, that was an understatement, but Bob put me at ease. He answered every phone call, email and text with a quick and friendly hello before we even got to the house. He was easy to work with and extremely helpful with any request.

As for the house, my children so enjoyed their pool and game room every day we were there. So much so that they skipped fireworks at Disney World to come home for a night swim under the lights in the heated pool. The neighborhood was well-kept and walkable too, which was an added perk.

The home was clean, well-stocked with plenty of paper products, towels and linens, and the check-in and check-out processes were perfect.

I’d love to work with Bob and Terri again, given the chance and plan to tell my friends to book with them!
