This was our first family trip to Florida. When I say I was nervous when planning, that was an understatement, but Bob put me at ease. He answered every phone call, email and text with a quick and friendly hello before we even got to the house. He was easy to work with and extremely helpful with any request.

As for the house, my children so enjoyed their pool and game room every day we were there. So much so that they skipped fireworks at Disney World to come home for a night swim under the lights in the heated pool. The neighborhood was well-kept and walkable too, which was an added perk.

The home was clean, well-stocked with plenty of paper products, towels and linens, and the check-in and check-out processes were perfect.

I’d love to work with Bob and Terri again, given the chance and plan to tell my friends to book with them!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mickeys Magical Villa. The owners, Bob and Terri were fantastic to deal with, so responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything stress-free from start to finish.

The house itself was spotless and incredibly well stocked. They truly thought of everything, even puddle jumpers for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Our kids were in heaven. When they weren’t in the pool, they were in the arcade/games room nonstop. It was definitely a highlight of the trip.

The location couldn’t be better either, close to great restaurants, Walmart, and Disney, which made getting around super convenient.

We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family friendly place to stay!

The home offered everything we needed. My grandchildren loved the pool, which was heated along with the hot tub. The garage offered the entire family a number of games. It was close to Disney and the resort is very clean and offers many amenities. The owner and his management company were great to deal with which always takes the stress off the stay. This was our second stay at the house ( prior review on March 6th 2024). I was impressed by the cleanliness so I rented again for 4 weeks in January 2026. The house is still well kept and clean and everything was in good working order. The house has plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, bedding etc. Can’t beat the location and it is in a very safe resort. All of the 5 star reviews are legit.—Stay Dates Jan 17-Feb 18 2026

We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, the fully stocked kitchen and the activity room in the garage! House was very clean and the owners were very responsive. House well kept with many updates and the location is close to all the action!!
